As a third-generation pharmacy, Oxford Online Pharmacy has evolved with the industry. When faced with the challenge of getting noticed in the fiercely competitive digital space, they approached Bravr to help them to find a solution.
In 2015, Crestron EMEA approached Bravr initially to provide a social media strategy. Impressed with the strategy, Crestron selected Bravr as their digital marketing agency to provide Social Media service, with the core aim to increase Crestron’s awareness, reach and engagement.
Xchanging selected Bravr as their digital marketing agency in 2011 to provide SEO, social media and PPC services with the aim of growing Xchanging’s web traffic, broadening awareness of the organisation and increasing online conversions.
Following and in-depth keyword and competitor analysis, we were able to identify that Xchanging was not ranking for many significant keywords relating to its services offering. Based on these findings, we created and implemented an optimisation strategy for each of Xchanging’s webpages. This included liaising with Xchanging’s SEO team to ensure site architecture, URL structure, meta data and tags all conformed to SEO best practices. Bravr sustained this strategy by providing on-page content optimisation as well as a promotion strategy for Xchanging’s content, supported through social media efforts. This encouraged the cultivation of relevant, high authority backlinks.
Xchanging aimed to increase brand exposure through PPC approach, which encompassed not only paid activity on major search engines but also on Facebook and LinkedIn. Our focus was global. Xchanging was growing its global presence and its PPC activity needed to reflect this. We created highly targeted campaigns across Xchanging’s key locations, generating exposure in the US, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain Australia, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines. We created over 50 campaigns for Xchanging with hundreds keywords within hundreds of ad groups within each campaign. Each campaign also had extensive negative keyword lists. This extensive approach allowed us to generate the highest quality, most relevant traffic to Xchanging’s ads.
Procurement and insurance are notoriously technology-resistant sectors and this was reflected in our gimmick-free approach to Xchanging’s social media. Our focus was on establishing Xchanging as a thought leader across the organisation’s various sectors. Key to this strategy was segmenting activity by sector and ensuring the creation of regular, on-topic content that reflected Xchanging’s excellence across its key sectors. We created dedicated profiles for each of Xchanging’s industries and worked closely with Xchanging’s PR and communications teams to ensure there was a reliable, relevant and timely release of content for promotion across relevant social media platforms. Identifying internal and external advocates was key to fostering Xchanging’s online community. We created social media profiles for key players within Xchanging, allowing the organisation to reach out and engage the target audience on a more personal level. We also developed good working relationships with relevant journalists, bloggers and publications and industry commentators through the medium of social media.
Bravr has been providing SEO, Social Media, Content Marketing and Technical Consultancy for Trustatrader for over four years. Trustatrader have increased organic traffic month on month.
Our engagement with Trustatrader was from 2013-2018, afterwhich they moved their digital marketing services in-house.

Having worked alongside SS&C, Bravr have significantly grown SS&C’s online presence and have developed SS&C’s social media to convey a strong heritage. Since working with Bravr, SS&C’s Twitter followers have grown by 153%, LinkedIn followers have grown by 102% and Facebook fans have increased by 52%.
Bravr’s social media team set up a meeting with SS&C to understand the client’s requirements and to establish their objectives. Subsequently, Bravr took on board their requirements and developed a social media strategy. Once the client had agreed on the strategy, Bravr began implementing it. Bravr set up weekly meeting calls with SS&C to ensure that the social media activity was aligned with the client’s marketing campaigns. Having regular communication with SS&C, Bravr’s social media team ensures that content is as near to real-time as possible.
Additionally, Bravr continues to share recommendations with SS&C’s marketing team, so as to enhance Bravr’s social media service offering. Bravr’s social media team continuously track all social media activity; with this, Bravr provide SS&C with weekly and monthly social media reports.
Digital Gurus required an extensive backend system that could handle the business’ growth and provide different permissions and capabilities to the various levels of management and sectors within the Digital Gurus team. This has to be reinforced by a slick, modern design that appealed to candidates and reflected Digital Guru’s position as a forward-thinking, energetic company.
In 2014 Bravr took on the challenge to build a scalable solution that catered to the needs of Digitalgurus in the present and future. The site needed to work in the UK, AE and AU each with country specific rules and differences.

Bravr provides SEO, PPC, Social Media, Technical Consultancy, Content Marketing and Email Marketing for this startup Flight Comparison site. In its infancy Bravr have demonstrated huge growth in traffic, followers and engagement.
Bravr work closely alongside the internal team providing designs/wireframes to improve conversion ratios of the site supported with A/B testing and live recordings of user sessions.
Despite the obvious challenges, here at Bravr we believe in the Travangelo site and devised a digital marketing strategy to compete with the market leaders on a fraction of the budget.
The first solution was to conduct in-depth keyword research to identify any potential quick wins. Our keyword research involved investigating over 60,000 keywords and prioritising them based partly on the client’s preferences, keyword difficulty and potential probability.
We also identified flight routes for which major competitors were not optimising. We analysed all flight destinations from UK airports in order to determine which pages and content we needed create. This exercise alone resulted in Bravr creating over 1,500 flight routes pages from UK airports.
Bravr also worked with the Travangelo team to create compelling content in the form of in-depth travel guides to help visitors find their dream holiday destination.
Bravr also continue to create content and conduct blogger outreach to secure Travangelo coverage on a wide variety of travel platforms and publications.
Bravr implemented goal and event tracking to determine monetary values for each key action from visitors. This data provided us with valuable insight into how visitors interacted with the site. From this data we were able to make informed changes to increase conversions through improved design and functionality. We worked with the Travangelo team to produce a flights comparison page that increased the number of clicks from visitors looking for deals, which in turn increased the site’s overall revenue.
Bravr and Travangelo’s team continue to work together to implement new website functionality and user-experience to produce one of the best flight comparison sites on the web for visitors.

Bravr built two eCommerce sites for MeisterR to target UK and US car enthusiasts. The design of the site has been modernised, with improved functionality and navigation.
The team have updated the MeisterR product listings; increased the number of available products as well as enabling customers to access more technical information. The improved eCommerce site resulted in a growth in sales month on month.

Xuber is a leading insurance software provider and part of Xchanging PLC. Bravr provided full website management, hosting and backup facilities for Xuber.com. Bravr implemented multi-lingual capabilities on the website to support their growth to the US market. Xuber.com was managed by Bravr up until it was recently acquired by DXC.Technology.
The International arm of Hospital Angeles, a network of 22+ private hospitals in Mexico. Bravr provided end-to-end marketing support from SEO, PPC, Social Media, Reporting, Website creation, and Salesforce implementation. During the 3 years Bravr worked with Angeles Health International we demonstrated a growth in patient revenue year on year.
